Phone hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am-12:30pm, and from 1:00pm-4:30pm.
Friday: 8:30-12:30 pm, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Due to the tremendous number of phone calls we ask your patience in having your phone calls returned within 24-48 hours. Prescription refills take up to 48 hours to fill. Please contact your pharmacy for all refills.
Please make all calls during office hours.
Fees
All fees are expected at the time of service. This applies to copays, deductibles and cosmetic procedures. For your added convenience, North Valley Dermatology accepts MasterCard, Visa, checks and cash. As a reminder, please note that returned checks for insufficient funds will incur an additional $25.00 charge.
